This posting will allow potential paraprofessional candidates to complete a profile and access the online application system. We will use this posting to select candidate to interview for specific positions as they become available for elementary  positions.

Assist teachers in classroom with daily (non) instructional and instructional activities and student management.  These positions will require working with students with significant needs, lifting, assisting with toileting, etc.

Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desired. Sixty college credit hours required.

Paraprofessional positions (except Liggett Trail Education Center, see below) are full-time, 179 day, 7 hour positions. Salary will be commensurate with background, training, and experience.   Beginning salary for a paraprofessional position that requires more toileting, assisting, lifting, etc. is $17,318.

Early Childhood Paraprofessional (Liggett Trail Education Center) are full time, 179 day, 6 hour positions.Beginning annual salary with the minimum 60 hours is $14,843.  

An offer of employment for this position is conditioned on the applicant passing all relevant screenings and a physical abilities analysis.
